CHIGEE AIO-6 Smart Ride Display showcasing the lean angle feature on a sportbike. Taken by Stefan Insang.
CHIGEE has ushered in the plug-and-play era of motorcycle upgrade tech. This AIO-6 smart ride display and dual dash cam system review will show how you can upgrade any, if not most, modern and older motorcycles with cutting-edge tech using simple plug-and-play devices. It’s not hard to upgrade a 1960s Harley analogue cluster dash to a touchscreen real-time ride data analytics and GPS experience reminiscent of a modern BMW touchscreen dashboard. As of now, CHIGEE is dominating the plug-and-play upgrade movement with their AIO-6 series.

Safety And Protection Features
The AIO-6 provides an abundance of safety and security features that no biker should ride without, including:
CHIGEE AIO-6 Blind Spot Detection
CHIGEE AIO-6 Blind Spot Detection (BSD) simulation in traffic.
The AIO-6 dual front and rear cameras and BSD features keep your rear end covered for blindspot hazards. Perfect for sportbike riders with small or no mirrors. Additionally, there is an emergency SOS feature for bike falls and accidents. There’s remote GPS tracking, SOS alerts, GEO-fencing, and theft notifications (requires a SIM card and 4G LTE connection). There’s also a battery monitor feature with low-voltage alerts.
Parking Monitoring
One of the most assuring protection elements of the AIO-6 is the Parking Monitoring feature. The CHIGEE cameras activate whenever the system detects movement/vibration, giving you video footage of what’s disturbing your bike. It also sends notifications to your phone to alert you of any disturbance. You can then tap into the camera feeds remotely to check out who or what is messing with your motorcycle (requires a SIM card and 4G LTE connection).
CHIGEE AIO-6 Dash Cam and Display First Impressions
Unboxed, the Smart Ride display shimmered as I held its solid weight and examined the durability of the reinforced aluminum alloy casing. Check out my unboxing videos for more details. On the right side of the display, there’s a sealable connection hub with three slots for a USB-C connection, an SD Card slot for memory, and a SIM card slot. There are four buttons at the top for Home Screen, record, application switch, and touch/screen lock. The control lock feature protects against false button presses caused by water elements. The smart ride display is also weather-resistant and is IP69K waterproof.

The dash cameras are weighty and solid. They are small enough to be placed almost anywhere on a motorcycle. You can mount them horizontally, vertically, upside down, or sideways. The mounts are also pleasingly flexible and can securely form to almost any shape of your bike.
The CHIGEE AIO-6 Smart Ride Display and Dual Camera system is essentially a universal plug-and-play upgrade for any motorcycle.

Putting the AIO-6 Smart Ride System To The Test
CHIGEE AIO-6 Smart Ride Display.
Despite the limited space available on sportbikes, the AIO-6 system still makes for an excellent and well-fitting installation. After assembling the hardware and about a 10 minute software download, I pulled onto the throttle and tested out the CHIGEE ride tech from Manhattan to New Hope, PA.
Being on a sportbike, the rear dash cam and blind spot assistance provide a sense of comfort and security that my stock mirrors can’t. Both audio and ride display alert me whenever cars come up on my rear. I no longer have to look back before changing lanes. I’m also covered with video footage evidence if a distracted cager rear-ends me.
Hot Take: Works Well For ADV Bikes And Even Better For Sportbikes
CHIGEE AIO-6 Smart Ride Display on a sportbike motorcycle on a race track.
When racing on the track and trying to beat lap times, you need all the ride data you can get. That includes video footage, lean angle, tire temperature, tire pressure, top speed, average speed, and direct plug-in engine analytics. The CHIGEE AIO-6 smart ride system provides all of that and more. Come to think of it, I can’t think of a better way to use all of the real-time data features the AIO-6 series has to offer than on a sportbike at a race track.
Performance and Durability
The display is easy to use with motorcycle gloves. Apps open and switch over with a snap. GPS navigation is large enough to quickly see and read while on the road. Voice commands work well, especially for messaging and calling. I never lost connection from the device to my phone for the entire ride. And unlike your Phone, you can leave the CHIGEE AIO-6 smart ride display out in the 80+ degree sun all day without it heating up to the point of shutdown.
It is such a relief not to use your phone as a dashboard device. You don’t have to worry about battery drain, rain, snow, temperature, and destructive motorcycle engine vibrations slowly deteriorating your expensive phone.
The tire sensors add to your sense of security and confidence while riding. I was immediately alerted when my rear tire pressure had either too much or too little air. Both sensors provide temperature for the front and rear tires. So you know when they are hot and sticky enough for aggressive leans into turns.
Assessment
The AIO-6 system not only worked well but survived an 80-degree-plus day trip back and forth from NY to PA at highway speeds on a sportbike for a total of 140 miles. And thanks to the ride tracking software, you can save, share, and track ride metrics from your road trips, from speed averages and ride elevation to top speed, and more.
That’s a Ride-Tested Pass. ✅
Installing the CHIGEE AIO-6 Smart Ride Display and Cameras
The AIO-6 Smart Ride Display and Dual Cameras come with most of everything you need to perform a quick and easy install. And, the ride tech suite can adapt to any, if not all, motorcycles. Check out my installation guide video for more on how to install the smart ride system on your motorcycle.
Is The CHIGEE AIO-6 Smart Ride Display Dual Camera System For You?
If you value safety on the road and protection of your motorcycle when it’s parked, then the answer is yes, the AIO-6 series is for you. If you do track days, it is definitely for you. All of the real-time performance data, safety features, GPS SIM card data network, and Android and Apple CarPlay application integrations make this system fully worth it.
